Welcome to the Berean Bible Study Series at readberean.com (the “Service”), operated by Eddie Morain. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The Service

The books are free to read, and reading does not require an account. Creating an account is optional and unlocks additional features — syncing your reading position, highlights, and notes across your devices, and access to the studies and leader’s guides.

The content

The books, studies, leader’s guides, and other writing on this platform are the original work of Eddie Morain and are protected by copyright. You may read them freely for your own personal study and may share links to them. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the content as your own. Scripture quotations shown inline are from the public-domain World English Bible; other translations are linked out to Blue Letter Bible.

Your content

Your highlights and notes are yours. By saving them to your account, you grant us permission to store and display them back to you across your devices. We don’t claim ownership of your notes and we don’t use them for any other purpose.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service in good faith. Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape in bulk, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users’ data.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts that help keep the platform free and online. They are processed securely by Stripe. Gifts are generally non-refundable, but if a mistake was made, email us and we’ll make it right.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
